These terms apply to services, memberships, classes, gift certificates and products from Clean Beauty Bham LLC ("Clean Beauty Bham," "we," "us"), and to use of cleanbeautybham.com. By booking an appointment, making a purchase or using our website, you agree to these terms.

Appointments

• Please complete your intake form before your first visit and tell us about any changes to your allergies, sensitivities or health before each appointment, so we can plan your care safely.
• Late arrivals: You have reserved a block of time on the schedule. That time is yours. If you arrive late, there will be less time available to complete your scheduled service. We will do our best to provide the best service we can in the time we have. To avoid an abbreviated service, please arrive 10–15 minutes early.
• Cancellations and rescheduling: We want you to feel at ease booking with us, even before your appointment begins. If you've prepaid for a service and need to cancel or reschedule with 24 hours' notice or more, you'll receive an automatic refund to the card used for prepayment. No forms to fill out, no waiting on us; it simply returns to you. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment, along with no-shows, are not eligible for a refund. We hold that time just for you, and this allows us to honor that commitment to every client. If anything ever feels unclear or you have questions about a specific booking, please reach out; we're always happy to talk it through.
• Clients under 19 must be booked by a parent or guardian. Clients under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during their appointment.

Payment

• Payment is due at the time of your service unless your booking says otherwise. We accept major credit and debit cards.
• Classes, workshops and events are paid in full when you reserve your spot. Class fees are non-refundable. If you cancel more than 24 hours before the class, your fee can be converted to a gift certificate.

Memberships

• Memberships are billed monthly by automatic payment on the same date each month until cancelled.
• Each month's included services must be used within that month and do not roll over.
• You can cancel your membership at any time. Billing stops when you cancel, and you won't be charged again. Payments already made are not refunded, and you keep your membership benefits through the end of the month you've paid for.
• Membership benefits are for the member only and cannot be shared or transferred.

Gift certificates

Gift certificates can be used for services and products and cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift certificates expire 12 months from the date they are issued.

Products

• Retail product sales are final; we do not offer refunds.
• Unopened products in their original packaging may be exchanged within 10 days of purchase.
• Please patch-test new products and follow the directions on the label.

Results and services

Our services are designed to support relaxation and the health of your skin, scalp and hair. Results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed. Our services are not medical treatment and do not replace care from a doctor. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or have concerns about whether a service is right for you, please check with your healthcare provider before booking.

Photos

We ask your permission before taking or posting photos from your session. You can change your preference at any time by letting us know.

Communications

By giving us your email or phone number, you agree to receive messages about your appointments. Marketing emails and texts are sent only if you opt in, and you can unsubscribe or reply STOP at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Clean Beauty Bham is not liable for reactions or results caused by information that was not shared with us, by not following aftercare or product directions, or by events outside our control.

Our content

The text, photos, logos and other content on our website and social media belong to Clean Beauty Bham and may not be copied or used without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, and any disputes will be handled in the courts of Jefferson County, Alabama.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
